The Information Resource Center (IRC) provides reference and research services on U.S. policy, legislation, and social issues to Chinese seeking information about the United States. The subject emphasis is on rule of law, economics and trade, regional security, the environment, and U.S. society and values. The reference service staff is available to help users on most topics concerning the United States. You may contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail.

Services include: 
The Center is open to the public by appointment only
